You can quit smoking the healthy way

You already know you can save your life by giving up cigarettes. But you’ve tried and tried and couldn’t do it, or when you did you gained a ton of weight and then started smoking again, ending up both fat and addicted. Here are some ideas:

Zyban has been shown to be a fantastic prescription drug for kicking the habit. Initial use of Zyban, which can be obtained through an online pharmacy, makes cigarettes taste like crap, lessening the desire for them. Using Zyban in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise is also a great idea.

When you get that cigarette craving, go for a carrot or celery stick or even a banana instead. Or a bunch of them. Eating veggies and fruits to satisfy that craving, while using Zyban if you can’t go cold turkey, will help you get healthy and avoid weight gain.
